Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program

Through the generosity of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, 10 spots for the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program are being offered tuition free as part of a leadership development trajectory with a goal of preparing promising mid-career dental faculty for future deanships. The Achievers Program is a three-day in-person meeting held at The Carolina Inn on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus.

The program is offered at several independent times during 2024. Travel expenses, hotel and some meals are the participant’s responsibility.

More information about the program is available in the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program brochure. PDF

This initial program offering is restricted to full-time U.S. dental faculty.

To be considered for the Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program, individuals must be nominated. All nominees and their representative institutions must be ADEA members.
