For some patients, scheduling appointments and follow-ups with busy dental school clinics can be challenging and frustrating. This story explores how two dental schools addressed this issue and improved their customer service and their bottom lines. This is the first story in a new ADEA feature series showcasing oral health education schools and programs using various innovative practices and technology.

“Our location and this design will allow us to better meet the oral health care needs of our patients with special needs and to partner with other health care providers, such as otolaryngology partners from Stanford Health,” said Nader A.
