- ADEA Leadership Essentials for Allied Dental Educators (ADEA LEADE): An eight-week online course focused on leadership and professional development for allied dental faculty.
- ADEA Leadership Institute: A yearlong, four-phase program designed to develop future leaders across dental and higher education.
- ADEA Allied Dental Faculty Leadership Development Program (ADEA ADFLDP): Four days of intensive leadership training for allied dental faculty members and program directors.
- ADEA Emerging Leaders Program: A program for faculty members who have been at their institution for fewer than three years and have demonstrated leadership potential. Participants develop academic career plans, build professional networks and receive mentorship.
- ADEA Council of Deans Fellowship (ADEA CDF): A yearlong, part-time fellowship designed to create a diverse pipeline of future dental school deans and senior university leaders.
