ADEA Chairside™

ADEA Chairside is a program designed to provide oral health education practitioners with learning that can be accessed and implemented directly in the clinic or classroom setting. ADEA Chairside supports innovation in predoctoral, postdoctoral and allied dental programs, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow's health care landscape.

ADEA Chairside emphasizes actionable chairside innovations while spotlighting emerging trends, evidence-based practices and practical resources. Through innovation, knowledge dissemination and collaboration, ADEA Chairside seeks to advance excellence in education, enhance care delivery and improve population health outcomes.

The ADEA Chairside program features four important segments.

Innovation

This area explores innovative directions in oral health education and practice, focusing on how emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks are reshaping the field. It also brings together varied perspectives and curated content on state and federal regulations, examining how these frameworks differ across jurisdictions and how developments in technology policy will influence both health care delivery and educational practice.

The aim is to illuminate not only the opportunities but also the considerations facing academic institutions and clinical settings in this rapidly changing landscape.
