Access, Success and Impact
Previously, under the leadership of Jeanne C. Sinkford, D.D.S., Ph.D., FACD, the ADEA Center for Equity and Diversity (CED) was established in 1998. Today, the Access, Success and Impact (ASI) portfolio builds, supports and enhances the leadership capacity of ADEA individual and institutional members around issues of access and belonging.
ASI priorities include:
- Educational access and health care advocacy for underrepresented communities.
- Access, success and impact goals that are compatible to broad institutional mission.
- Robust, sustainable learning environments.
- A broader agenda of belonging that commits to workforce development.
History
The portfolio's activities are informed and guided by the Advisory Committee on Access and Strategic Change.
