Advisory Committee on Access and Strategic Change
The ADEA Advisory Committee on Access and Strategic Change (ADEA ASC) advises the ADEA Board of Directors on strategies to expand access to oral health education and shape priorities that strengthen member engagement, programmatic success and workforce development across the oral health professions.
Committee members provide guidance on emerging challenges and opportunities in academic dentistry, recommend approaches to broaden participation in oral health education and support initiatives that build a strong pathway for future professionals. The ADEA ASC also serves as a thought partner to the Board, ensuring ADEA’s strategic direction reflects perspectives from across the academic oral health community and aligns with the future needs of education and workforce development.
Through this work, the Committee helps ADEA remain responsive to the evolving needs of institutions, faculty, staff, students, residents and fellows while promoting progress and ensuring long-term sustainability within the oral health community.
