You can register online until Friday, Sept. 18. After Sept. 18, registrations will only be taken on site.
You can join or renew your ADEA membership online at adea.org/join.
Please submit a written cancellation message to the registration team at meetings@adea.org by Friday, Sept. 18 to receive a refund-minus a $75 processing fee.

Attire for the meeting is business casual. Please dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms may vary.
The health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff remain our highest priority. We continuously monitor weather conditions and public health developments that could impact the safety of our events.
As a precautionary measure, ADEA reviews guidance, advisories, and warnings issued by public health and emergency management authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as local, state, and federal agencies for outbreaks of any infectious diseases changes in weather conditions, or other circumstances that pose a risk to attendees, where we may advise against travel or gathering and implement appropriate event modifications, to include postponement or hosting the meeting virtually.

Guest registration is limited to one adult guest (21 years or older). The registered adult guest may attend any meal functions, offsite activities and/or evening events—provided the guest registration fee has been paid.
Guests are not permitted to attend programming sessions. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted at events where alcohol is served.
ADEA does not allow children to attend any conference functions. If children accompany a participant to the conference, arrangements should be made for their supervision.
Speaker presentations will be in the online program planner, which will be made available closer to the event.

Yes. An email with instructions on how to obtain CE credits will be sent to all attendees after the conference.
