The health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff remain our highest priority. We continuously monitor weather conditions and public health developments that could impact the safety of our events.

As a precautionary measure, ADEA reviews guidance, advisories, and warnings issued by public health and emergency management authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as local, state, and federal agencies for outbreaks of any infectious diseases changes in weather conditions, or other circumstances that pose a risk to attendees, where we may advise against travel or gathering and implement appropriate event modifications, to include postponement or hosting the meeting virtually.
