ADEA invites you to submit poster abstracts for presentation during the 2026 ADEA Fall Meetings Research Poster Showcase and Networking Reception on Wednesday, Oct. 21, in Baltimore, MD.

The poster showcase provides an opportunity for faculty, students, residents, fellows and staff to share innovative practices and research that advance academic dentistry and elevate our shared vision of oral health education in an era of accelerated uncertainty.
Abstract submissions should align with the meeting theme, Elevating Vision, Navigating Uncertainty: Preparing a Future-ready Oral Health Workforce, and fit within one of the following poster categories:
Innovation
This category highlights innovative programs, educational strategies, technologies, curricula, clinical initiatives or community partnerships that advance oral health education and prepare a future-ready oral health workforce. Abstracts should demonstrate how innovation strengthens educational excellence, workforce preparedness and institutional readiness for the future of academic dentistry.
Research
This category highlights scholarly work that uses evidence-based methodologies (e.g., quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, case study, legal analysis, conceptual, descriptive or applied research) to advance oral health education and the academic health professions. Abstracts should demonstrate how the research findings contribute to preparing institutions, educators and learners for the future of academic dentistry.
Poster abstracts are limited to 750 words, not including title, authors, institutional affiliations, acknowledgments and references. If the abstract is based on research funded entirely or partially by an outside source, please list the funding agency and grant number at the end of the abstract.
