You can register online until Friday, Oct.10. After Oct. 10, registrations will only be taken onsite.
Please submit a written cancellation message to the registration team at meetings@adea.org.
The closest airport is Midway International Airport (MDW). O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is also an option.
Attire for the meeting is business casual. Please dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms may vary.
Guest registration is limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. The registered adult guest may attend all non-ticketed meal functions and evening receptions.
Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted at events where alcohol is served.
ADEA does not allow children to attend any conference functions. If children accompany a participant to the conference, arrangements should be made for their supervision.
Speaker presentations will be included in the online program planner, which will be made available closer to the event. An agenda is available on the 2025 ADEA Deans' Conference page.
Yes. An email with instructions on how to obtain Continuing Education (CE) credits will be sent to all attendees after the conference.
