Lincoln Memorial University CDM’s Prof. Cindy Metzger Recognized as Dental Hygienist of the Year
Cindy Metzger, M.S.A.H., RDH, Director of the Dental Hygiene Program at Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine (LMU CDM), was recognized as the 2023-2024 Dental Hygienist of the Year by the Knox Area Dental Hygienists’ Association.
Prof. Metzger has been a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association for decades, and she has served for many years in leadership roles in both the Knox Area Dental Hygienists’ Association and Tennessee Dental Hygienists’ Association
Her unwavering dedication to systemic health through the improvement of oral health is in alignment with the vision of LMU CDM and motivates her to work for the education of dental hygienists while also working behind the scenes through the American Dental Hygienists Association.
