Registration Information
Registration fees are based on your ADEA membership status and the date you register. You must be a current ADEA member to qualify for the member registration rate. If you are not a current ADEA member, the nonmember rate will apply.
To receive the member rate, your membership must be active through March 31, 2026. If your ADEA membership expires before March 31, 2026, you will be assessed the non-member rate during registration.
You may need to renew your membership to receive the membership rate —go to adea.org/Join.

*Registered meeting attendees are allowed to register one adult guest. A guest is an adult (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague and who is accompanying a registered meeting attendee. A dental education colleague may not register as a guest and must pay the appropriate member (or non-member) attendee registration fee.
The registered adult guest may attend social events only (e.g., receptions) as noted in the online event program. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted at events where alcohol is served. Guests will not have access to meeting sessions or to the Exhibit Hall and will not receive meeting materials. Tickets for fee-assessed events are not included in the guest registration fee.
**One-day registration fees apply to each day of attendance.

Tickets for the ADEA Signature Series are nonrefundable after the cancellation deadline but are transferable. Tickets for the Gies Awards are nonrefundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. Send requests to the ADEA registrar at ADEAreg@streampoint.com. ADEA does not accept telephone cancellations.
Cancellation requests received by Feb. 20 are eligible for a full refund, including cancellation of event and guest registrations. Cancellation requests received after Feb. 20 are not eligible for refund or credit.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If a credit card was used, refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.
Substitutions
Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted prior to the conference. Request a substitution of your registration fee by submitting a written request to ADEAreg@streampoint.com by Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. Onsite transfers will not be permitted.
Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
