Childcare Services

To ensure a focused and productive learning experience, children are not permitted to attend education sessions or any events where alcohol is served. Nursing parents may use the semi-private lactation room on the conference site.

As a convenience for registrants and on a pilot basis, childcare services are provided by KiddieCorp for children 2 to 12 years old for the duration of the conference. Conference registrants are responsible for all childcare costs. The service will be set up within the meeting space to make it easy for parents to touch base with the caregivers and children during the day.

Registration will be available in advance and the rates are as follows: $18 per hour, per child, or $120 per day. (To qualify for the full-day rate of $120 per day per child, your child must be enrolled for two or more full days).

ADEA does not provide or pay for childcare services for conference attendees or their families. The KiddieCorp childcare service is provided to conference attendees as a convenience only and should not be construed as ADEA’s endorsement of the vendor. Parents should use the same care in assessing the quality of the onsite childcare provider as they would when selecting childcare services at home.
