1. What are you most proud of professionally?

I’m very proud of the company I work for and the positive impact we deliver for the U.S. population. CareCredit has over 15 million current cardholders, and we partner with over 270,000 medical practices to help make health and wellness more affordable for patients. Over the course of our 38-year history, we have helped one out of every 10 U.S. adults with financing for health care expenses.

2. Can you tell us about one of your recent “big wins”?

Joining ADEA, for us, is a big win. We are very passionate about the mission of dentistry, and we believe that enabling education is a direct investment in the future. We want to see how we can partner with universities and ADEA to bring about positive impacts for everyone involved. We want to know how we can help.

3. What’s a major development in your field that’s flying under the radar?

CareCredit has recently invested in a new futuristic approach to patient financing, and I believe it will enable much more care across the dental space. It is a marketplace approach where over 30 lenders come together to provide a single relationship for the practice, a single app and experience for the patient and access to multiple offers so the practice and patient can customize the best option for each treatment.

4. What do you look forward to outside of work?

I have three daughters. My wife and I love to spend as much time with them as possible. We enjoy boating, traveling, Disney, the outdoors and competitive cheerleading.

5. If you could be in any movie, what part would you want to play?

Captain America in the Marvel movies, for sure.
