Dr. Domonic Rollins is the founder of Rollins Consulting where he partners with organizations to build workplaces rooted in belonging, intentional leadership and team engagement.

With senior leadership experience at The Dalton School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education, he has led culture-shaping initiatives and people-first strategies that drive meaningful change.

Holding a Ph.D. in Higher Education from the University of Maryland, Dr. Rollins’s work centers on leadership, organizational dynamics and the experiences of underrepresented professionals. Passionate about helping leaders show up differently, he creates spaces for reflection, growth and transformation—ensuring people never feel like an afterthought in their own workplace.
