The 2026 ADEA GoDental® Recruitment Event is a FREE full-day, interactive experience designed to inform aspiring dental students, advisors and family members on the pathway into dental school.
Attendees will have the chance to:
- Learn from current dental students about how they prepared for ADEA AADSAS® (ADEA Associated American Dental Schools Application Service) and navigated the twists and turns on their journey to dental school.
- Hear from experts on a range of topics, including resilience, mentorship, personal branding and tips to reduce application-related stress.
- Engage one-on-one with representatives from 50+ U.S. and Canadian dental schools all in one place.

Hotel Information
The ADEA GoDental Recruitment Event is held at the same time as the 2026 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition.
For hotel discounts and reservations, please visit the 2026 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition Hotel page to book your room. Following the instructions ensures we can link your uniquely coded registration to your individual hotel reservation. You will receive a confirmation email once your hotel reservation has been booked.
Travel Assistance
Travel assistance is designed to help students attend the 2026 ADEA GoDental Recruitment Event in Montréal, Canada. If approved, the individual will receive funds up to $250* to assist with travel expenses to attend this event.
To be considered for travel assistance, individuals must be enrolled in an undergraduate institution and have their Financial Aid Office confirm their financial need.
*If you are approved for travel assistance, you are required to pay for your travel costs upfront and will be reimbursed in the pre-approved amount after your event attendance has been verified.
Submit your financial aid confirmation form through the application portal no later than Feb. 20, 2026, for consideration.
Please note that travel assistance is granted to individuals who demonstrate the most financial need, and funds will be allocated on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply early.
