ADEA Fall 2011 Meetings
The Crown Plaza Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas, will host the ADEA Fall 2011 Meetings, including the Fourth ADEA Summit on Advanced Dental Education, from October 20 to 22. Among the groups convening at this event for education and networking are
ADEA AFASA (Sections on Admissions Officers and Student Affairs and Financial Aid), an ADEA meeting of academic deans, and the ADEA Councils of Faculties; Sections; and Students, Residents, and Fellows. Visit the ADEA website to register and view the meeting agendas.
The ADEA Fall Meetings each year are an important time for ADEA members to come together across interests and specialties to benefit from networking and sharing ideas around critical issues. This year, all members of our community must prepare to take action on those issues, including:
- New CODA accreditation standards
- Changes in National Board Dental Examinations (NBDE)
- ADEA Strategic Directions 2011-14
Together, we will identify and create resources for meeting these challenges, which are critical to the success of all academic dental institutions. Move your institution forward by attending so you can gain resources and develop your expertise.
