ADEA Leadership Institute Phase V Fund

Phase V of the ADEA Leadership Institute allows Leadership Institute alumni to invigorate their leadership development, stretch their thinking, push their potential and rejuvenate the networks and relationships that are hallmarks of the Leadership Institute. As an annual program offered to all Leadership Institute alumni, the annual Phase V Program provides an exclusive, thought-provoking, interactive experience that helps alumni take their professional and personal abilities to the next level as we together shape the future of dental education and dentistry.

The Phase V Fund represents a collaboration between the ADEA Leadership Institute Alumni Association and ADEA to establish the sound financial footing needed to provide:

• The presentation of high-quality programs each year, making Phase V accessible to all Leadership Institute alumni and sustainable for many years to come.
  
• The formation of new leadership development opportunities in the Leadership Institute tradition.
  
• The establishment of more robust networking systems to facilitate meaningful exchanges among alumni to improve, innovate and advance the world of dental education.
