**Guest registration is limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. The registered adult guest may attend all meal functions and evening receptions. Registration includes all materials, hosted meals, refreshment breaks and the reception. Lodging and travel costs are at the registrant’s expense.
To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Wednesday, Oct. 2, to Shalonda King at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ADEA will issue a refund—minus an individual $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. A cancellation received after Oct. 2, is not eligible for a refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
