Registration fees for this conference are based on Individual Membership. To qualify for the Member registration fee, the attendee must be a current ADEA member.
If the attendee is not an ADEA member, then the nonmember rate will apply.

The negotiated ADEA group rate is $229 plus applicable taxes (currently 14.95%) per room, per night for a single or double occupancy room. A $20 charge will apply for each additional guest after two guests per guest room. The rate is available based on guest room availability for up to three days before the event. The group rate is not available after the event.
A deposit by major credit card of one night’s room rate is required at the time of booking. The deadline for hotel reservations is Saturday, June 22, 2019. There is no guarantee of the ADEA group rate or room availability for reservations made after the June 22 deadline.
To avoid loss of room deposit, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to reserved arrival. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is noon.
