Registration fees for this conference are based on individual ADEA membership. You must be a current ADEA member to qualify for the member registration rate. If you are not a current ADEA member, the nonmember rate will apply.

Registration includes all materials, hosted meals, refreshment breaks and the reception. Lodging and travel costs are at the registrant’s expense.
To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Monday, June 22 to Shalonda King at KingS@adea.org.
ADEA will issue a refund—minus a $225 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion.
Cancellation requests received between Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, July 1 are eligible for a 50% refund or credit.
Cancellation requests received after Wednesday, July 1 are not eligible for refund or credit.
ADEA does not allow children to attend any conference functions. If children accompany a participant to the conference, arrangements should be made for their supervision.
The 2020 ADEA Emerging Leaders Program is a highly interactive experience and participants are expected to attend all meals, receptions and team-building activities. You are encouraged to spend your limited “free time” with your peer groups and preparing for the following day’s activities. The program does not allow you to bring guests or family members to meals or offsite events.
