To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Monday, June 22 to Shalonda King at KingS@adea.org.
ADEA will issue a refund—minus a $225 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion.
Cancellation requests received between Tuesday, June 23 and Wednesday, July 1 are eligible for a 50% refund or credit.
Cancellation requests received after July 1 are not eligible for refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
