The registration deadline is Monday, May 11. After May 11, registrations will only be taken onsite.


To receive ADEA’s discounted rate, make your reservations online or directly with the hotel by calling (613) 337-9798 and requesting the ADEA group rate (group code is ADEA20)

  • The room rate for ADEA attendees is $189 per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes (currently 13.15%).
  • The rate for each additional person, age 18 and older, is $20 plus applicable taxes, per person, per night. All rates are per room, per night and are subject to a 13.15% room tax. Rates are available three days before and after the conference, based on availability.
  • A deposit by major credit card is required at the time of booking. 
  • The deadline to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Monday, May 11 or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After May 11, reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space-available basis. The room block may fill before May 11, so we encourage you to make your reservations early.
  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours to reserved arrival date at no charge. For cancellations made after the time noted, the hotel will retain the room deposit of one night plus applicable taxes.
  • Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is noon. Please contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel your hotel reservation.
  • You are responsible for making your hotel arrangements directly with the property. The registration fee does not include hotel arrangements, flight, ground transportation or any incidentals related to traveling to the workshop.


New this year are live demonstrations of artificial intelligence (AI) devices and the first ADEA CCI 2.0 Hackathon!

To get the most out of this year’s meeting, you won’t want to miss the AI device demonstrations on Tuesday, June 9, the Hackathon on Wednesday, June 10 or Hackathon presentation outcomes on Thursday, June 11.


The ADEA hotel block rates are available three days before and after the program dates based on guest room availability.


The closest airport to the meeting location is Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. The hotel is approximately 13 miles from the airport or an 18-minute ride, depending on traffic.

Airport shuttle

This hotel does not provide shuttle service. A reservation can be made via a third-party shuttle service, SuperShuttle. The one-way fee starts at $16. You can reserve your shuttle online.

Taxi/ Uber

A taxi/Uber ride to and from the airport is approximately 18-25 minutes depending on traffic. The one-way fee is approximately $17−$20.

Guest registration is limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. The registered adult guest may attend all meal functions and evening receptions. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted at events where alcohol is served.


To provide an appropriate professional setting, ADEA does not allow children under age 18 to attend any conference functions or programming. We request that you arrange for the supervision of children who accompany you.

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Monday, May 11 to Shalonda King at

ADEA will issue a refund—minus a $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellation requests received after May 11 are not eligible for refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
