As a result of recent updates concerning the COVID-19 outbreak, the difficult decision was made to cancel the 2020 ADEA Commission on Change & Innovation in Dental Education (ADEA CCI) Liaisons Summer Meeting—Future Ready Now—planned for June 9-11, 2020 in Minneapolis, MN.

Cancellation FAQs

Registration, Housing and Travel

▶ Will my 2020 ADEA CCI Liaisons Summer Meeting registration be refunded?

Yes, ADEA will be issuing a full refund for your meeting registration. The refund will be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment and will be processed within 10 business days.

▶ How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

Hotels require cancellation no less than 72 hours before your reservation start date for a full refund. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown at (612) 339-4900.

▶ Is ADEA refunding flights or other travel costs?

ADEA will not refund individual travel costs. Check with your airline regarding their refund policy.

▶ How are you handling future ADEA conferences and events?

We are closely monitoring the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation as it impacts our members and decisions are being made on a case by case basis. Please continue to monitor ADEA.org for the latest updates.
