The Program Directors' Conference Planning Committee (PDCPC) is specifically charged to create activities and events for the Allied Dental Program Directors' Conference to provide
allied program directors with a forum for professional development and mentoring related to
administration, leadership and emerging trends in allied dental education. In addition, the
Conference should provide program directors opportunities to network and share ideas and
concerns with their administrative colleagues.
The PDCPC will work closely with ADEA staff and CADPD Administrative Board to ensure
activities are introduced throughout the program that are of importance and relevance to
members. The PDCPC will strive to design and generate programs that are consistent with
the objectives and strategic directions of the ADEA, and will make
recommendations and proposals to the CADPD Administrative Board.
