CANCELLATION

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Sept. 17, 2019, to Shalonda King at kings@adea.org.

ADEA will issue a refund—minus an individual $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellation requests received after Sept. 17 are not eligible for refund or credit.


GUEST POLICY

Registration of guests will be limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. The registered adult guest may attend all meal functions and evening receptions.
