Registration Information

Individual ADEA membership is required. Only select candidates can register for the meeting. Before registering, please view the Eligibility/Attendance Policy.

Registration fees for this conference are based on Individual Membership. To qualify for the Member registration fee, the attendee must be a current ADEA member. If the attendee is not an ADEA member, then the Nonmember rate will apply.

*Each conference attendee may register one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental or allied dental faculty member. Guests are invited to participate in Saturday and Sunday evening events.


Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation no later than Friday, May 10, 2019 to Donna Casimier at casimierd@adea.org. ADEA issues refunds—minus a $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellations received after May 10, 2019 are not eligible for refund or credit.
