Registration Information

Only selected candidates can register for the meeting. Individual ADEA membership is required.

Registration fees for this conference are based on Individual Membership. To qualify for the Member registration fee, the attendee must be a current ADEA member. If the attendee is not an ADEA member, then the Nonmember rate will apply.

*Each conference attendee may register one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental or allied dental faculty member. Guests are invited to participate in Saturday and Sunday evening events.


Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund for your conference registration, you must submit a written cancellation no later than Friday, May 7, 2019 to Donna Casimier at casimierd@adea.org. ADEA issues refunds—minus a $75 processing fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellations received after May 7, 2019 are not eligible for refund or credit.


Hotel Information

Hotel reservation information will be available in February 2019.

The hotel room rate is $185 + applicable taxes (currently 12%) per room, per night for Single/Double occupancy. A $25 charge will apply for each additional guest. The rate is available based on guest room availability up to three days before the event.
