February 4 – 6, 2021

Virtual

The ADEA Leadership Institute Phase V is an exceptional encounter designed to invigorate leadership development, stretch thinking, push potential and rejuvenate the networks and relationships that are hallmarks of the ADEA Leadership Institute.

The 2020 Phase V program presented leaders with significant challenges caused by the pandemic, the consequent economic crisis and racism. Phase V 2021 will take us into these challenges from a leadership perspective and explore the character strengths and actions necessary to address them. For the first time, Phase V will take place virtually, but we will continue to have opportunities for engagement, networking and learning from both invited speakers and each other.

Overall Program Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss how to develop and apply the virtue of courage as a leader.
  • Practice giving and receiving behavioral feedback.
  • Apply self-care practices in times of stress and uncertainty.
