2024 Call for Posters, Podium Presentations, and Arts and Humanities Exhibit Abstract Submissions

The seventh ADEA International Women’s Leadership Conference (ADEA IWLC VII) will be held in conjunction with the final day of the 2024 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition and the first day of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR) meeting in New Orleans, LA on March 12 and 13.

ADEA IWLC VII―The Power of Your Voice in Oral Health―provides a unique opportunity to join, collaborate and create the future for oral health and women’s work to support it.

This is the first ADEA IWLC to be held in the United States where dental educators, researchers and supporters will gather in New Orleans, LA and take action to grow, develop and create tangible pathways to improve oral health access across the globe. As global initiatives have brought the importance and value of improving oral health into sight, this is an unprecedented time to impact women’s leadership and oral health.

The diverse nature of the world’s dental faculty and researchers can coalesce economical innovative strategies to support improved oral health across nations of low, middle and high incomes and make a difference at home where resources may not be equitably distributed. By using the Power of Our Voices in Oral Health, we expect to discover profound, novel and impactful approaches to these challenges that will sustain our work. At the same time, we support women’s growth in leadership where inclusion and barriers in equity remain holding back progress in the capacity and opportunity women have to change the world.

Please plan to join global leaders for this meeting to improve our skills and oral health. English is the official language of the conference.
