Registration fees for this conference are based on individual membership. To qualify for the member registration fee, the attendee must be a current ADEA member. If the attendee is not an ADEA member, then the nonmember rate will apply.

Registration includes all materials, hosted meals, refreshment breaks and the reception. Lodging and travel costs are at the registrant’s expense.


The 2023–24 Emerging Leaders Program is a highly interactive experience, and participants are expected to attend all meals, receptions and team-building activities.

The program does not allow you to bring guests or family members to meals. Though limited, we encourage you to spend your free time with your peer groups to prepare for the following day’s activities.


To receive a refund for your meeting registration, you must submit a written cancellation by Friday, June 16 to Ms. Shalonda King at

ADEA will issue a refund—minus a $225 administrative fee—after the meeting’s conclusion. Cancellation requests received between June 17 and June 30 are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Cancellation requests received after June 30 are not eligible for refund or credit. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure


While we look forward to the return of a face-to-face conference, there is no higher priority than the safety and well-being of ADEA members and staff.

ADEA photographs and videotapes events. By registering, you give ADEA and its photographer permission to use for promotional purposes any images taken at the conference in which you appear and any written comments you submit on evaluation forms.
