ADEA CAAPID Application Instructions
Program profiles will appear in the Program Materials
section for each program selected by the applicant. This page contains a short
program introduction and any program-specific questions applicants must
answer. Each advanced standing program
may also request that applicants upload an unofficial copy of their TOEFL score
report. This unofficial TOEFL score
report would be in addition to the official scores being sent either directly
to the institution or to ADEA CAAPID.
Some programs may allow applicants to upload copies of
letters of evaluation. This option is only
provided by select advanced programs and is offered to applicants who have
obtained a copy of their letter from an evaluator who is not able to provide a
letter directly to ADEA CAAPID. Not all
programs will accept applicant uploaded letters. All attempts should be made to have letters
of evaluation provided directly to ADEA CAAPID by the authors.
In addition to unofficial TOEFL score reports and letters of
evaluation, programs may also request or require applicants to upload a
CV/resume, unofficial copies of NBDE results, a notarized dental degree or any
other document required by the program.
Applicants cannot submit the application for a program until
all required program-specific questions and requirements are fulfilled.
