The registration deadline is Sept. 15. After Sept. 15, registrations will only be taken onsite.

 

While we look forward to an in-person conference, there is no higher priority than the safety and well-being of ADEA members and staff. Accordingly, we continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 variants and their impact on the operational status of our ADEA Member Institutions.

ADEA will implement health and safety protocols appropriate to the public health circumstances existing at the time of the conference. Compliance with some or all the protocols adopted by ADEA will be mandatory for in-person attendance and participation at the conference by members, guests of members, sponsors, staff, etc.

Additional information regarding the specific health and safety measures, and any necessary consents by you, will be communicated prior to the first day of the conference. Failure to adhere to or comply with the safety protocols in place may result in removal from the event and/or event premises.

  • You are responsible for making your hotel arrangements directly with the property. The registration fee does not include hotel arrangements, flight or ground transportation or any incidentals related to traveling to the meeting.
  • The negotiated room rate for ADEA attendees is $229 per night for single/double occupancy, plus applicable taxes (currently 14%).
  • The deadline to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Friday, Sept. 15 or when the group rate rooms sell out, whichever occurs first. After Sept 15, reservations at the group rate will be accepted only on a space-available basis. The room block may fill before the deadline so we encourage you to make reservations early.
  • Please contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel your reservation. Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to your reserved arrival date at no charge. For cancellations made after the time noted, the hotel will retain the room deposit of one night plus applicable taxes.
  • Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or earlier as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

The ADEA hotel block rates are available three days before and after the program dates based on guest room availability. 

 

The closest airport is Pittsburgh International Airport. The hotel is approximately 18 miles from the airport or a 25-minute ride, depending on traffic.

  • Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the airport terminal just outside of baggage claim. There is a $20 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance.
  • Uber and Lyft services are available. When using these services for pick-up, exit the terminal to the ground transportation center on the first floor of the terminal garage.

  • Onsite daily parking: $28 self parking per day, without in-and-out privileges. 
  • Daily valet: $41 per day, with in-and-out privileges. 

 

Attire is business casual. We also recommend layers to offset temperature fluctuations across meeting spaces.

Guest registration is limited to one adult guest (18 years or older) who is not a dental education colleague. The registered adult guest may attend all meal functions and evening receptions.

Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted at events where alcohol is served.

 

To provide an appropriate professional setting, ADEA does not allow children under age 18 to attend any conference functions or programming.

We request that you arrange for the supervision of children who accompany you.

Speaker presentations will be provided in the online program planner, which will be made available closer to the event.

 

Yes. An email with instructions on how to obtain CE credits will be sent to all attendees after the conference.
