Care Collaborative (CCC), a student-faculty practice group started by Harvard
Medical School students and the Massachusetts General Hospital Stoeckle Center
for Primary Care.
Patricia A. Reidy, D.N.P., FNP-BC, and Marya J.
Cohen, M.D., M.P.H, will share details related to CCC’s network of
student-faculty collaborative practices focused on interprofessional education
Gain actionable insights as Drs. Reidy and
Cohen discuss the foundations of their award-winning project. Details for the
2020 U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) IPEC Award cycle will also be shared
during this presentation.
As a student-administered clinic, CCC’s unique
practice model was built from the ground up, wherein students were involved in
all aspects of operations, financial planning and social services for the
