 Permanent link   All Posts

Created by the Organization for Safety, Asepsis and Prevention (OSAP), If Saliva Were Red is a FREE five-minute downloadable video that offers a striking visual of how far saliva can travel and how to prevent the spread using appropriate personal protective equipment, plus a combination of barriers, work practices and engineering controls.

Produced without a voice track, the video uses visual rather than verbal cues to stress the need for procedure-specific dental infection control. It is a suitable training tool for classrooms worldwide, regardless of native language.

Also included:

  • How to Tell the Story: A Facilitator's Guide: This guide will equip educators and instructors with visual cues and talking points from the video, answers to common questions, a checklist of the elements of a comprehensive training program, and a list of resources. It’s the perfect tool for teaching effective infection control!

  • Free ADA CERP CE Credit: Anyone can claim 1 CE credit for FREE! Don’t need CE credit? Use the certificate as confirmation of completion.
