NYU Langone Dental Medicine Postdoctoral Residency Program congratulates four of its pediatric dentistry alumni who were recipients of the Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award announced in the first quarter of 2020. The award honors the top 3% of scores on the 2019 Qualifying Examination and is presented by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD). Dr. Pugh was ABPD’s Educational Measurement Consultant for 28 years and retired in 1998. This award is presented each year in his honor. Awardees are Carol Caudill, D.D.S., Rhode Island site; Kira Lee, D.D.S., Hawaii site; Olutayo Odusanwo, D.M.D., Massachusetts site; and Demi Pham, D.D.S., Hawaii site.
This is the fifth straight year NYU Langone Dental Medicine’s Pediatric Dentistry Program alumni have received the Pugh Award. The NYU Langone Dental Medicine Pediatric Dentistry program has 13 locations across the United States.
