As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping the safety of attendees and staff in mind, ADEA made the decision to cancel the 2020 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition. ADEA is exploring the feasibility of making some of the conference content available virtually and will update members in the near future. In the meantime, ADEA began issuing refunds for the full amount of registration fees paid (or any cancellation fees assessed if registrants previously canceled their attendance and already received a refund). Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used when registering and will be completed by late April.
Additionally, if registrants purchased tickets for any of the special events listed below, these will be refunded as well:
- ADEA Signature Series,
- Leadership Institute Commencement Reception and Dinner,
- Howard University College of Dentistry Tour and/or
- William J. Gies Awards Gala.
