Search for "ADEA LIVE" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Install and open the app then select the event: "2023 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition—Believe I’mPossible."
Click the icon to launch the app.

Login in to the event App

To log in to the 2023 ADEA Annual Session app, use your Access Code from your registration confirmation email or your event badge.

Take notes during a presentation

Browse the event information and create a personal schedule by selecting the star next to presentation titles
Access favorited presentations under "My Schedule"
Click the "Take Notes" button in the bottom navigation and begin typing.
Access notes by clicking the "My Notes" on the home screen or "online Personal Summary" in the hamburger menu.

2023 AS Quest Image Download the ADEA LIVE mobile app and play ADEA Quest—a FUN, interactive and informative in-app game during #ADEA2023! Once onsite in Portland, select “ADEA Quest” in the 2023 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition mobile app to get started.

Visit with participating exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall on March 12 and 13 to unlock a series of in-app questions by scanning each booth's unique QR code. Accumulate 2,023 points to qualify for a chance to win fabulous prizes.

Winners will be announced on the in-app Leader Board and prizes will be drawn live from the ADEA Showcase, Booth #301 in the Exhibit Hall, at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday March 12 and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 13. Play to win!
