2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition (Virtual)

“WE” is the theme for the 2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition, all-virtual conference.

Visit the conference web page to read the theme’s description.

 

All presenters must register for the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition.

Registration fees are based on your ADEA membership status and the date you register.

Make sure your ADEA membership is up to date to receive the membership rate.

Go to adea.org/renew, where you will enter your username and password.

If you forgot your username or password, visit the Reset Password page to enter some basic information and answer a security question to retrieve your information.

The 2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibit will be presented virtually in the Eastern Time Zone.  

 


Please contact the ADEA consultant, Tracy King on the best software to use for your recorded presentation at SpeakerMngt@adea.org.

 

Once available, all posters and ADEA TechExpo presentations will be in the online program planner.

All posters and ADEA TechExpo presentations are available on Friday, March 12 starting at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Poster and TechExpo abstracts were published in the February 2021 issue of the Journal of Dental Education.

 

All educational sessions will be prerecorded and distributed live on the day and time at indicated in the online program planner.

 


Please contact the ADEA consultant, Tracy King (SpeakerMngt@adea.org) on how to prerecord your session.


Recording must take place before the beginning of February.

If scheduling of recording is not complete by Feb. 5, then your program may not be available during the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition.

 

Log on to the CadmiumCD platform to upload your short recording and upload the required PDF file. Upload and recording information was sent to presenters in mid-December.

The online program planner will house the poster and ADEA TechExpo chat feature.

You must register for the meeting, log on to the platform using your registration confirmation, log on to the desired session, click live chat, and wait for attendees to show up for your poster/TechExpo discussion.
