2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition (Virtual)

“WE” is the theme for the 2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition, all-virtual conference.

No, ADEA membership is not required to register as an exhibitor.

 

Existing ADEA exhibitors will be emailed the exhibitor information in January.


For exhibitors who are new to ADEA, please contact Simone Smith at SmithS@adea.org.

 

ADEA is offering four exhibitor packages based on type of exhibitor and ADEA membership status. 


 Corporate Member or Corporate Nonmember 

To qualify for the ADEA Corporate Member rate, you must be an ADEA Corporate Member at the time the space is reserved.

Exclusions: Individual Members from ADEA Member Institutions do not qualify for the ADEA Corporate Member booth rate.


 Educational or Educational Nonmember 

ADEA invites associations, nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to exhibit. An educational exhibit demonstrates the wide range of interests, activities and opportunities related to dental education. This type of exhibitor does not explicitly offer any product or service for sale, either in the exhibit or by the applicant organization.

All booth personnel for educational exhibits must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee.

Educational exhibitors who serve as booth representatives may not register as a guest.

Exhibitors will have personnel allotments based on the booth they reserve. Once those allotments are used, you can purchase registrations for additional booth personnel (which also include full access to the conference outside of show hours).

 

ADEA staff will be on hand throughout the meeting to answer your questions about membership services and benefits.

The 2021 ADEA Annual Session & Exhibit will be presented virtually in the Eastern Time Zone.

 

Your exhibitor booth should be manned at all times during the show hours.
