SATURDAY, MARCH 18

ADEA President & CEO Richard W. Valachovic, D.M.D., M.P.H., addressed the ADEA House of Delegates, discussed current issues in dental education and provided highlights of ADEA's activities over the past year.

 



SUNDAY, MARCH 19

Mike Walsh, "futurist" and CEO of Tomorrow, a global consultancy on designing businesses for the 21st century, speaks at the Opening Plenary Session. In the evening, at "In the Mix: Inclusion, Excellence and Dental Education:, Alexia Antczak Bouckoms, D.M.D., Sc.D., M.P.H., M.S., led an engaging and impactful discussion surrounding patients with disabilities and her vision of inclusiveness. 





MONDAY, MARCH 20

The "Political Spotlight: Is it Noise or Is It News?" featured an analysis of American politics and policiwes affecting academic dentistry and the dental profession by Mary C. Curtis and Patricia Murphy, columnists from CQ Roll Call. In the evening, honorees were recognized at The William J. Gies Awards for Vision, Innovation and Achievement.
