The ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition is the premier professional development and networking event for dental, allied dental and advanced dental education colleagues. These four days featured dynamic plenary sessions and workshops, and an exhibit hall showcasing academic dentistry’s leading partners and suppliers.

Onsite rates will be in effect as of Friday, March 11, 2016.

Prior to attending any sessions, you must check in at the registration area and pick up your badge and conference materials. The registration booth is located in the A Lobby, Ballroom Level of the Colorado Convention Center.

* Dental school admissions interested in exhibiting at the 2016 ADEA GoDental Recruitment Fair should register for this event through the ADEA Annual Session registration, at no extra cost. Registration for Recruitment Fair attendees will open in January 2016.              

** One day registration fees apply to each day of attendance.

Note: Requests for letters of invitation for international attendees may be made during the registration process. All letters of invitation will be sent to the registered delegate via e-mail as a PDF attachment. Payment in full is required prior to expedition of all letters of invitations. Please note that an invitation is not a commitment on the part of ADEA to provide any financial support.

    Tickets purchased in advance were mailed on February 24; tickets purchased since that date will be held at will call to be picked up at the event. 

    ADEA accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and checks in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks. Payment must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received prior to arriving onsite, you will be charged the onsite registration fee and must present a form of payment to pick up your meeting credentials. Your meeting registration is not complete until payment has been received.

    ADEA reserves the right to charge the correct amount if it is different from the total payment received.

    If paying by check, a copy of your confirmation should be submitted with payment. If you registered for a fee-assessed ticketed event and are mailing a check, payment must be received within 15 days. After 15 days, access to the event(s) is based upon availability when payment is received.

    ADEA does not allow substitutes for meeting registrations. Registration fees may not be transferred to another person. Anyone who registers but is unable to attend the meeting must cancel his or her registration, and fees will be refunded if the request is received on or before February 26, 2016. If someone is attending in your place, he or she must complete his or her own registration and pay the appropriate registration fee.

    All cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than February 26, 2016, by the ADEA registrar at ADEA does not accept telephone cancellations.

    Cancellation requests received after the deadline are not eligible for refund or credit (including cancellation of events and guest registrations).

    All refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

    Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. If a credit card was used, refunds will be issued to the original credit card only.

    Please note: The Gies Awards, COHAEP Simulation Labs, Dental School Tour, Discourse & Dessert, and the ADEA Signature Series tickets are nonrefundable once purchased. However, tickets are fully transferrable.
