The ADEA Bulletin of Dental Education Online is a monthly newspaper/newsletter that highlights activities, news, and information from around the dental education community, as well as ADEA events and activities. The BDE is your source for information about awards, new faculty members, conferences, dentistry in the news, and more. It also contains an extensive classified advertising section.
All ADEA members have free online access to the complete content of the BDE. This includes search capability and access to back issues.
Content for the BDE can be submitted to Lauren Gaffney, Publications Manager, at GaffneyL@adea.org. All members of the dental education community are encouraged to add the BDE Editor to their distribution lists for media releases and other news announcements.

Please email the advertisement as a Word document attachment. Advertisements faxed or mailed through the postal service will not be published. Be sure to include the number of months you would like to run the advertisement. Also be sure to include contact information as well as billing information (at minimum, name, address, and phone number). Advertisements will not be published without contact and billing information.
Format for Classified Advertisements
- Please use Times New Roman, 12 point font. Please do not include any bold, italicized, or underlined text.
- Use a single paragraph format, single spaced and left justified. Do not include logos or text boxes and do not center any text. Please punctuate appropriately.
- Do not submit Word documents that have been altered with the “track changes” feature.
- Be sure to include contact information for job seekers.
Payment for Classified Advertisements
ADEA accepts payment for advertisements via credit card. Advertisers will be sent an invoice and link once their advertisements are posted.
