In fall 2007, ADEA launched a mentoring initiative called ADEA YouTube for Dental Students. Dental students submit videos that answer the questions predental students most frequently ask: What made you decide to go into dentistry? How was your path to dental school unique? What surprises you most about dental school? What would you recommend students do to prepare their dental school applications?
Students are invited to submit their videos or come to an ADEA meeting and have us tape your thoughts. Your participation encourages today's high school and college students to become the health professionals of tomorrow.
The videos are currently housed at www.youtube.com and can be accessed by viewing ADEA's dedicated video mentoring channel, www.youtube.com/ADEAVideoMentors.
