The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) have formed a partnership that will allow MedEdPORTAL to expand its medical education collection to include dental education resources.

MedEdPORTAL is a free online international publication venue where educators in the health professions may publish and share educational resources. Published resources are available to educators, administrators, students, and the general public around the globe.

Nadeem Karimbux, D.M.D., M.M.Sc., is Associate Editor of the MedEdPORTAL representing ADEA.  Dr. Karimbux is Assistant Dean of Dental Education and Associate Professor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM).  Peer Reviewer Receives Award

Dr. Klinkachorn, MedEdPORTAL Advocate for ADEA and peer reviewer of dental educator resources, was among 10 MedEdPORTAL reviewers to receive the 2008 MedEdPORTAL Oustanding Review Award for commitment to the peer review process and exemplary efforts. Dr. Klinkachorn (pictured above, with Mr. Robbie Reynolds of the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC)) received the award during a ceremony on November 2, 2008, at the AAMC Annual Session in San Antonio, Texas.
