Registration Cancellation - Written cancellations received on or before June 6, 2012 will be assessed a $225 administrative fee. Written cancellations received after June 6 and before June 29th will be refunded 50% of registration fee paid. Cancellations received after June 29th are not eligible for a refund.

The hotel rate will be $159.95 plus applicable taxes per night. Other charges may apply for more than one guest in a sleeping room.
