In 2012, the registration fee is being partially underwritten thanks to generous contributions from the American Dental Education Association and the ADEAGies Foundation.

Registration Rates - Advanced Registration deadline is Tuesday, June 19, 2012

(Registration fees include all instructional materials, hosted meals, refreshment breaks, and receptions. Lodging and travel costs are at the registrant's expense.)

Registration Cancellation - Written cancellations received on or before June 6, 2012 will be assessed a $225 administrative fee. Written cancellations received after June 6 and before June 29th will be refunded 50% of registration fee paid. Cancellations received after June 29th are not eligible for a refund.

Hotel - Please reserve your room today - Deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, June 8, 2012.

Please make your reservation today by calling The Meadowmere reservationist at 207-646-9661 (800-633-8718) and requesting the ADEA 2012 event.

The hotel rate will be $159.95 plus applicable taxes per night. Other charges may apply for more than one guest in a sleeping room.
