Corporate and educational organizations are invited to exhibit at the ADEA Annual Session each spring, which is a prime opportunity to network with administrators and faculty from U.S. and Canadian predoctoral, postdoctoral, and allied dental programs. For current deadlines, fees, and regulations, please contact Ms. Simone Smith at 202-289-7201, ext. 196, or smiths@adea.org.
We do the marketing for you:
- Organization name listed in the official program (if payment is received by November 2, 2009), and the Bulletin of Dental Education Online (ADEA’s official newsletter with a recipient list of over 18,000)
- A hot link from ADEA’s Annual Session website to your organization’s website
- Inclusion in ADEA’s ChirpE program. Attendees can search for exhibitors, add them as favorites, and view their location in the exhibit hall for free on their smartphones
- Participation in the 2010 ADEA Annual Session and Exhibition raffle. Each ADEA Annual Session registrant will receive a card that must be stamped by 20 exhibiting companies. Fully completed cards can be entered in a raffle for a chance to win prizes. This encourages attendees to visit more exhibitors.
Enjoy the following corporate exhibitor benefits:
- Four complimentary meeting registrations per booth
- An identification sign with your company name and booth number
- Security services from exhibit move-in through move-out
- One 10’ x 10’ booth
- A standard booth frame with an 8-foot-high back drape and a 36-inch-high-draped side bar
