Corporate and educational organizations are invited to exhibit at the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition each spring, which is a prime opportunity to network with administrators and faculty from U.S. and Canadian predoctoral, postdoctoral, and allied dental programs. If you have never exhibited with ADEA, you will have to be added to the exhibitor database before the exhibitor prospectus link can be emailed. Please email your full contact information (company name, address, phone, fax, email, and URL) to smiths@adea.org.

  • Organization name listed in the official program (if payment is received by deadline) and the Bulletin of Dental Education Online (ADEA’s official newsletter with a recipient list of over 18,000)
  • A hot link from the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition website to your organization’s website
  • Inclusion in ADEA’s ChirpE floorplan listing. Attendees can search for exhibitors, add them as favorites, and view their location in the exhibit hall for free on their smartphones 
  • Participation in the ADEA Annual Session & Exhibition raffle. Each registrant will receive a card that must be stamped by 20 exhibiting companies. Fully completed cards can be entered in a raffle for a chance to win prizes. This encourages attendees to visit more exhibitors.

ADEA invites nonprofit associations, organizations, and academic or education institutions to exhibit. Educational exhibit booths enjoy the following benefits:

  • A standard booth frame with an 8-foot-high back drape and a 36-inch-high draped side divider
  • A 6-foot draped table with two chairs and a wastebasket
  • An identification sign with your company name and booth number
  • Security services from exhibit move-in through move-out

Educational exhibitors must pay for registration as attendees. Registration for educational exhibitors is not complimentary.
