In addition to transacting vital business of the Association, fostering interaction among ADEA councils and other groups, and providing the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, the ADEA Fall 2010 Meetings offer professional development for all members of the academic dental community that includes a full day of programming about Diversity and Access to Dental Careers: Building Capacity for the Future. Registration

Advance registration has closed.  Onsite registration is available during registration hours at the conference.  Onsite registration fees will apply.

Guests

Guests are accompanying persons who may be traveling to the conference with a participant and have no scientific or educational interest in the meeting. Students, lab technicians, colleagues, etc., do not qualify as guests and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend. Guests may attend all social events. However, if a guest wishes to hear a speaker's presentation, he or she must pay the appropriate registration fee.

Note: The Westin New Orleans Canal Place is sold out the evenings Thursday, October 28, Friday, October 29 and Saturday, October 30, due to Halloween and a New Orleans Saints football game being held Sunday, October 31.  There is limited availability at the Sheraton New Orleans (504-525-2500) and Doubletree New Orleans (504-581-1300).  Both hotels are in close proximity to the Westin New Orleans.  However, ADEA has not contracted for an additional room block outside of the Westin New Orleans Canal Place. If you have any questions, please contact the ADEA Meetings Department at OPD@adea.org.

$159 single occupancy
$179 double occupancy
Plus applicable taxes, plus a $2 per room, per night occupancy charge

To cancel your individual hotel reservation, contact the Westin New Orleans Canal Place by calling 888-627-8180.  You may cancel without penalty up to 72 hours prior toyour reserved arrival date.

Travel

Save money by booking through ATC, ADEA's preferred travel agency.

Reserve online for discounted airport shuttle service.

Airport shuttle reservation policies:

  • Book online at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure time.
  • If you do not book online, discounts do not apply.
  • Once you have booked online, you can change an existing reservation by calling 866-596-2699.
