Policies for Attendance
Each institution is invited to send two attendees to the ADEA Deans' Conference (the dean plus one additional attendee). Based on the agenda topics and the individual needs of each institution, the Planning Committee recommends the second attendee be the institution's academic dean.
Each attendee must register individually, using his or her personal ADEA member username and password.

Hotel
Note: The ADEA room block at the Rancho Bernardo Inn is sold out, and the hotel is completely sold out the evenings of Friday, November 12, and Monday, November 15. If you need accommodations, the hotel recommends the Radisson Suites Rancho Bernardo and the Hilton Garden Inn Ranch Bernardo. Both are located within 1½ miles of the conference hotel. However, ADEA has not contracted for an additional room block, so you must contact a hotel directly for rates and availability. If you have any questions, please contact the ADEA Meetings Department at OPD@adea.org.
