The theme of the 43rd Annual National ADEA Allied Dental Program Directors’ Conference is Bridging the Generation Gap. The conference will promote the advancement of allied dental education, research, and service in all institutions that offer accredited allied dental education programs. Specifically, it is a networking opportunity for administrators of accredited allied dental education programs to share program innovations, challenges, and successes.

Stimulate the production, exchange, and dissemation of ideas and information among allied dental program directors and educators
- Address specific issues in allied dental education and administration
- Serve as an issues forum

Policies for Attendance
Individual membership in ADEA is required to register for this conference. This program was designed for current program directors as listed by CODA, (including graduate and/or degree completion program directors), therefore only these individuals are eligible to attend. Retired program directors who are not affiliated with a program are also eligible to attend.
Registration of guests will be limited to one adult guest, who may not be an allied dental faculty member. A program director may bring other guests to the meeting location, but these guests may not attend any component of the conference. The registered adult guest of a program director may attend the evening receptions provided he or she has paid the guest registration fee.

Registration for this conference has closed. If you plan to attend, you may register onsite. Onsite registration fees will apply.
Registration fees for this conference are based on ADEA Institutional Membership. To qualify for the Institutional Member registration fee, both the attendee and his or her institution must be current ADEA members. If the institution is not an ADEA member, then the Institutional Nonmember rate will apply.

Hotel
The conference will be held at the Omni Interlocken. Hotel reservations may be made directly through the Omni Interlocken. The room rate will be $174 per night single or double, plus applicable taxes (currently at 9.85%).

Airport
The recommended airport for this conference is the Denver International Airport, 30 minutes / 28 miles from the Omni Interlocken.
A cab ride from Denver International Airport (DEN) costs approximately $100 one-way. Shuttle service is highly recommended. Discount shuttle service is available through Super Shuttle (see attached flyer). The cost from the airport is $25 per person one way and $40 round trip.
Call for Programs
