Registration
Advance registration for the 2010 ADEA BFACA Mid-Year Meeting. You may register for the meeting onsite during registration hours.
Registration Fees
Member — $325
Nonmember — $375
Guest — $79
Guests
Guests are accompanying persons who may be traveling to the conference with a participant and have no scientific or educational interest in the meeting. Students, lab technicians, colleagues, etc., do not qualify as guests and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend. Guests may attend all social events. However, if a guest wishes to hear a speaker's presentation, he or she must pay the appropriate registration fee.
Hotel
The hotel reservations deadline has passed.
Deposits by individual group members are fully refundable if reservations are cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
Hotel Rates
$182 (single or double occupancy) plus 11.5% tax per night
