Registration for the meeting has closed. However, you may register on site during the meeting.

Guest: Guests are accompanying persons who may be traveling to the conference with a participant and have no scientific or eduacational interest in the meeting. Students, lab technicians, colleagues, etc., do not qualify as guests and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend. If a guest wishes to hear a speaker's presentation, he or she must pay the appropriate registration fee. Guests may attend all social events.
Cancellation policy: Meeting cancellations must be received in writing NO LATER than September 23, 2009, to be eligible for refunds. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds for cancelled registrations. Refunds are issued after the meeting has concluded. Cancellations received after September 23 are NOT eligible for refunds or credits. Email all meeting cancellations to Ms. Monique Morgan at morganm@adea.org.
Hotel Rates
The hotel rate is $195 per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax. The group rate is valid three days prior to and three days following the meeting dates, based on hotel availability.
The health club is complimentary. Internet service in guest rooms is $9.95 per person for 24 hours.
The deadline for hotel reservations is September 23, 2009. There is no guarantee of conference rates or room availability for reservations made after this date.
Please be advised our hotel reservation block closed on September 23. However, you may contact the hotel directly at 505-455-5555 to make a reservation. Our group rate is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the hotel.
